By placing an order, creating an account, or browsing our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Custom Tailoring

Every shirt is custom tailored to order. Slight color variations may occur depending on digital display screens. Customers are responsible for selecting accurate sizes and measurements at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment

Full payment is processed securely through Razorpay at the time of order placement. Order cancellations are limited to within 12 hours of order placement.

4. Pricing

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — logos, branding, designs, photography, text — is the exclusive property of Elephant Studio.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
