Return & Refund Policy

⚠️ Custom Tailoring Notice: No Standard Returns

Every shirt is custom tailored specifically to order. We do not accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are strictly limited to verified Material Damage upon arrival.

1. Eligibility

Only physical fabric damage (tears, stains, broken stitching, defective buttons) present prior to opening qualifies.

2. Reporting (Within 48 Hours)

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photos, your Order ID, and a description of the issue.

3. Resolution

Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund if the fabric is unavailable.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before tailoring begins.
