How do I choose the right measurements?
Use the "Customize" option on any product page to enter your shoulder, chest, sleeve and length measurements directly, or pick a standard size and we'll use our standard chart for that size.
Can I change the sleeve, collar or button style?
Yes — most shirts let you choose sleeve type, collar type and button color before adding to cart, at no extra charge unless noted on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 10 business days from order confirmation, since every shirt is cut and stitched to order. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, our tailors have already begun cutting fabric for your specific measurements, so cancellation is no longer possible.
What's your return policy?
Because every shirt is custom tailored, we don't accept returns for size preference or change of mind. Returns and replacements are limited to verified material damage reported within 48 hours of delivery — see our Return & Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, processed securely through Razorpay.
